FAQs
-
The connection you have with your therapist is the most important factor in a successful therapy experience. Take some time to explore our Therapist Profiles and see who feels like the right fit for you. Once you find someone who aligns with your needs, please reach out to them directly to schedule an intake session or inquire about services.
-
During your intake session, your therapist will take time to get to know you—your background, current concerns, symptoms, strengths, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. Together, you’ll determine the frequency of sessions and begin to identify goals for your work together.
The length of time someone engages in therapy can vary depending on their unique needs and treatment plan.
Consistent session plays a key role in making meaningful progress. If regular attendance becomes difficult, your therapist may need to re-evaluate the treatment plan or discuss alternative options.

Please use the portal to cancel or reschedule if unable to make a scheduled appointment. When someone late cancels or does not show to a scheduled appointment, your therapist is likely concerned about your safety, is unable to offer that spot to someone else, and often loses out on pay. For this reason,
No Shows will be charged the full session fee.
Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of your session) will be charged $75.
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please message your therapist. If you are not in session within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, this may result in a no-show or late cancellation fee.
In the instance of acute illness or weather, please inquire with your therapist about moving your session to Telehealth.
Please note that these fees cannot be applied to clients with Medicaid coverage. However, no-shows or late cancellations may lead to future appointments being canceled and a shift to same-day scheduling or limiting scheduling to one session at a time.
Repeated no shows or late cancellations may result in your therapist referring you to another provider.
