Becky Wilcoxon,

LMFT

I was raised in the Midwest where camping, fishing and bike riding were staples. I grew a love of family, friends, and fellow travelers which I attribute to shaping my desire to become a therapist. I went on to graduate from the University of Memphis and then received an M.A. from Mount Mercy University. I have a passion for supporting and encouraging individuals and families.

My desire is to help you experience connection, healing, and hope, in the midst of whatever it is you are going through. I provide a safe and compassionate environment for teens and adults to share their experiences, access healing, and increase confidence and freedom. Your story, and the meaning of your story, are genuinely important to me. Your collaboration and autonomy are essential as I support you in processing your experiences, utilizing your strengths, and in achieving the change that you are seeking.

I utilize several creative activities to support your processing in addition to Psychotherapy. I am passionate about each client’s therapeutic experience and provide an empathic, safe, and collaborative space for what feels important to you.

Supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders are a focus of my practice. I work with clients who have experienced various ED diagnoses, and those who support them.

Working with couples is another focus of my practice. I will help you work through infidelities, communication, and parenting issues to increase your trust and your connection.
